Every saree from Rukmini Silk & Sarees is packed and dispatched with care to reach you safely and on time. This policy applies to all orders on www.rukminisilksarees.com.

  • Domestic: All serviceable pin codes across India, subject to courier availability.
  • International: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia.
  • Unserviceable Areas: You will be notified at checkout. Contact us to explore alternatives.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Custom Orders: Require an additional 3–7 business days before dispatch.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day.
  • Festive Seasons: May take 1–3 extra business days during peak periods.
A shipment confirmation with tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all domestic orders of ₹1,499 or above.
  • Standard Domestic: Flat ₹79 for orders below ₹1,499.
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Non-refundable.
GST on Shipping: Applicable tax on shipping charges will appear in your invoice.

Packaging & Handling

  • Sarees are wrapped in tissue, placed in a moisture-resistant bag, and packed in a branded box.
  • Delicate silks receive extra cushioning during transit.
  • Gift wrapping available on request — mention it in order notes at checkout.
If the package looks damaged on arrival, photograph it before opening and email us at support@rukminisilksarees.com within 24 hours.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be shared via email and SMS after dispatch.
  • Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • No update within 48 hours? Contact us at support@rukminisilksarees.com.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package.
  • If returned to us, re-shipping charges apply for a second attempt.
  • Please ensure your address — including pin code and landmark — is accurate before ordering.

International Shipping — Customs & Duties

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our charges.
  • Customs clearance may add extra days to delivery.
  • We declare all shipments at accurate purchase value — no under-invoicing.
  • If refused at customs, return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
Tip: Check your country's import duty rules for textiles before placing an international order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged: Photograph the package and contents. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Wrong Item: Notify us within 48 hours with photos — we'll arrange pickup and replacement.
  • Lost: No tracking movement for 7+ business days? Contact us. A replacement or full refund will be offered if confirmed lost.
