- Minor weave irregularities are natural to handloom craftsmanship.
- All prices are in ₹, tax-inclusive, and subject to change.

Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation email.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
GST is included at checkout. A digital invoice accompanies every order.

Returns & Exchanges
- Window: 7 days from delivery — unused, unwashed, tags intact.
- Eligible: Defective, damaged, or wrong items only.
- Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

Cancellation
- Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, before dispatch.
- Post-dispatch or custom orders cannot be cancelled.
